PUNCAK - The Task Forces of the Raider Infantry Battalion 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, one of the military units under the command of the Indonesian Armed Forces Operational Command (KOOPS TNI) in Papua, is currently carrying out mobile security at the border of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, especially in the Puncak Regency area, Papua Tengah Province. On Saturday, 14 July 2024.
One of the 323 Task Forces Posts, namely the Koper Post led by First Lieutenant Anggun, invited children from Kago Village, Illaga District, to take part in a territorial program entitled "Smart Papua". This program is implemented to deliver additional lesson activities for Elementary School (SD) children who live near the Post.

In his emphasis on the Soldiers, the Commander of the 323 Task Force, Lieutenant Colonel Tri Wiratno, conveyed the importance of the Task Forces' attention to the basic needs of the community around the Post. For this reason, the Koper Post had been observing developments in its area since its duties began. The education factor for SD children is one of the important things in the basic needs of the people in the Kago Village. Based on this attention, on that Saturday morning, 1LT Anggun invited SD children around the Post to take part in additional lesson activities delivered directly by the TNI Soldiers.
Before the lesson began, 1LT Anggun expressed his gratitude for the enthusiasm of the children who flocked to the Koper Post to take additional lessons. On that occasion, the Soldiers also invited children to learn about the importance of respecting parents and fellow humans as part of the ethics of living in the community. After the lesson, a child studying, named Lukas Tinal, said "Thank you, Om Tentara (Soldier). We enjoyed studying at the Kostrad 323 Post. God bless you."
"The initiative of the 323 Task Forces to hold the Smart Papua at the Koper Post, is an effort by the TNI to provide basic necessities services, especially education for school-age children, to support the acceleration of development in the Papua region, " said the KOOPS TNI Commanding General, Brigadier General Lucky Avianto, upon receiving the program report.
